Good customer assistance and answer the dongle came up in two weeks from the shipment and it works great,it's already updated with the last version just remember to put it on before turning on the ps3 and you're gonna see the magical green light!

Item came in about 3 wks to the U.S. and worked great. There was delivery confrimation and so far after the a few months of ownership I can report no problems. Dependable seller.

Delivery was prompt but the chinese post took a very long time to actually process the package. I suggest springing for the DHL delivery. Otherwise acceptable service. :)
